Sundays call for both relaxation and celebration and a cold wintry noon pairs well with barbecuing and drinks. Just because the weather has turned chilly, it doesn’t mean you have to forgo firing up the grill. A barbecue party is a lot more pleasant when the weather’s chilly rather than it’s 100 degrees outside(this is what I feel).
Our outdoor heaters served a great place to gather around and grill. We had a smorgasbord of grilled foods starting with paneer, chicken and sausages flavoring the meat with curd and spices. And the primal union of fire and meat was coupled with beer and coke. Since I am not much of a beer person,I preferred coke. For me, either it’s coke or it’s tequila..there’s no in between 😉 .
